We all have some special morning food that we like, for me if it’s egg time then it’s for sure this fluffy and delicious melting Cheese And Ham Omelette. It takes little time to make it and it’s exactly the kind of food that will give you energy until lunch time or even more. The salad is important, but you can do it with other vegetables too, as you prefer. For me lately this baby spinach salad is more and more as a choice against arugula ( rucola ). Okey, I never thought I will say that, but I guess I prefer this for a time passing thing. I hope so! cause I really like arugula A LOT!

Cheese And Ham Omelette

  1. To make the salad wash and drain the vegetables. Put together the: baby spinach, thin sliced carrot, sliced onion, sliced radishes and season with vinegar, olive oil and some salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the eggs until they become fluffy. Put a large pan on medium to high heat and sprinkle some olive oil. Pour egg mixture in the pan, making sure the pan is all covered. After few seconds reduce heat to under medium and with a spatula turn the omelette like a pancake. Put on one half with cheese and ham, cover with the other half and leave until cheese starts to melt, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Take it out from the pan and serve the Cheese And Ham Omelette with Baby Spinach Salad and bread.
