- 600 g white sugar
- 40 g cocoa
- 150 ml water
- 200 g butter
- 7 g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
- 700 g dry milk
- Put the water to boil. Mix the sugar with cocoa, add it to the water and let it boil 3, 4 minutes until the sugar has melted. Stir occasionally. Add the butter and stir until melted .
- Take the bowl from the heat and sprinkle the dry milk in a few steps, so it will be well incorporated. Use the mixer at first and then continue mixing with a wooden spoon.
- Grease a tray of 18 x 28 cm and pour the chocolate in, smooth the top and leave the Homemade Chocolate to harden until the next day.
