Fluffy Eggs Omelette / Dessert

This is a really quick and easy dessert made only from eggs. No oven needed, it’s so fluffy and looks amazing.

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • cooking oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Topping:

  • pomegranate sauce
  • blueberries

Step 1

Separate the eggs in 2 bowls. Mix the egg whites until thickened and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the egg yolks with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Put a nonstick pan on medium heat, spray with olive oil and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the egg yolks and cook for 2 minutes, just until they are not runny anymore. Add the egg whites and spread them evenly. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

When ready, remove from the pan and cut in half. Flip the cut side over and top with your favorite toppings. I used pomegranate sauce and blueberries.
